What is your return policy?
We are proud of our Paper + More product assortment and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. All of Paper + More products are guaranteed. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will gladly provide a refund for your order.

*Sorry, we cannot accept returns on any personalized, monogrammed, special order items, seasonal items, sale items, gift cards or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. In the event that your merchandise is damaged upon arrival, please notify us within twenty-four (24) hours so that we may replace the damaged merchandise.

How do I make a return? 
Returns are easy. You can return the merchandise through the mail for a refund or replacement. To make a return by mail, just complete the Return Form attached to the invoice that you received with your merchandise, or print a copy of the form here. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Simply indicate the reason for return and the action to be taken, such as replacement or refund. Place the Return Form in the box with your merchandise.

Can I return personalized products?
At Paper + More, we are committed to providing only the very finest shopping experience to our customers. Our goal is to take every measure possible to ensure your happiness with the products you receive from us.

We do not accept returns for personalized products. In the unfortunate instance a customer error has occurred, we will work with you to correct the mistake and reproduce your order at a 20% discount. Furthermore, if any order were to contain an error or misprint caused by Paper + More Staff or the vendor, we will happily reproduce it at no cost to you.
